Wayne Township Education Foundation Weeklong Giving Tuesday Campaign Supports Our Teachers and Students

On Nov. 28, The Wayne Township Education Foundation launched a weeklong campaign in honor of Giving Tuesday, a global generosity movement encouraging people to do good. The campaign, which runs until Friday, aims to raise funds to support teachers in bringing the curriculum to life and provide classroom resources and materials that offer hands-on learning experiences.
Throughout the week, board members of the Wayne Township Education Foundation have been busy visiting classrooms to recognize and celebrate teachers who have been recipients of their grants. These visits serve not only as a token of appreciation for the teachers’ hard work and dedication but also as an opportunity to see firsthand the impact of the Foundation’s support.
The funds raised during the Giving Tuesday campaign will be instrumental in enhancing the learning experience for students. By providing resources that are beyond the classroom budget, the foundation empowers our teachers to offer enriched learning experiences.
