Ben Davis University High School Releases Impressive Statistics from 2018-19

As Ben Davis University High School begins a new school year, it can look back on some tremendous achievements by the class of 2019.

Newly released statistics show our early-college high school’s official associate’s degree completion rate was 93 percent for the class of 2019. This class of seniors also hit a new high for college scholarship dollars, which totaled more than $2.5 million.

Ninety-four percent of BDU’s class of 2019 graduated with academic or technical honors. And for the ninth year in a row, the school had a 100-percent graduation rate. “Ben Davis University High School is truly Indiana’s top-performing early college program, and statistics such as these show us why,” said BDU Principal Rebecca Daugherty.

Ben Davis University High School is a small, focused high school program where students can earn their high school diploma while also earning college credits toward an associate’s degree through Vincennes University.
